GANGSTERS Premiere

Brandy Cavalli Coke and friends celebrate the release of GANGSTERS:: The Kingston Kingpin: Christopher Coke on BIO Channel.

Asylum Entertainment produced the feature episode of the life of Jamaican boss Christopher Dudus Coke. The team worked on the episode for over 2 years but due to Mr Coke's legal issues, the network postponed the official airing.

In July 2013, almost 3 years after Christopher Coke was sentenced to 23 years in federal prison, the show aired on BIO CHANNEL.

Brandy and a few of her "mafia girls" partied at Atlanta's upscale "Havana Club" in Buckhead to celebrate the premiere of  the Gangsters episode.

Brandy, who is currently in negotiations with various networks to produce her own crime based film/tv projects, also held a private viewing on the premiere night at her home for close friends.

Brandy has committed to write and co-produce an indie docu-film about the business savvy ex-crime boss. She specializes in taking her audience on an inside ride of life within the crime world.

There are several independent film and book projects in negotiations which will focus on the life and times of Jamaica's most notorious gangster.

Coke was a popular figure among many in the West Kingston slums because of the money he spread around, allegedly the profits from his international drug operation. When the Jamaican government announced that it would cooperate with the U.S. and attempt to capture him in 2010, the communities allied to Coke began non-violent protests, then fortified their neighborhood with sandbags, threw up road blocks, installed improvised explosive devices and electrified fencing, all in an effort to block Coke's arrest.

A bloody war between local security forces and Coke's "Shower Posse" in the west Kingston neighborhood of Tivoli Gardens lasted a full month and killed dozens of innocent Jamaicans.

Brandy and her team were instrumental in landing Christopher Coke's story a feature on
Gangsters: America's Most Evil
which premiered on the BIO Channel -July of 2013.
